You must read and agree to the following Terms of Agreement before becoming a Member of Jobsintennis.com.
- The member is responsible for paying monthly subscription fees according to the billing terms.
- Member fees are non-refundable.
- Member authorizes Jobsintennis.com to charge members credit card to pay for the ongoing cost of monthly membership.
- Payment for a membership to Jobsintennis.com shall be made by automatic credit card debit. Members will be automatically renewed for the original term upon expiration, unless a cancellation request is made via e-mail 4 business days prior to membership expiration. All cancellation requests are handled via our Contact Us form. You must use the words "Jobsintennis.com Cancellation" in the subject heading. You must cancel from your own email address as we respond directly to the cancellation email. You must include the name used to sign-up for the account, your log-in information and your email address.
- Membership to Jobsintennis.com may be terminated at any time by either Jobsintennis.com or the member upon notification by e-mail. When termination is requested by either the member or Jobsintennis.com, member fees are not refunded. Members are responsible for charges incurred until their current monthly expiration date.
- No warranty is made for the accuracy, availability, or content of information provided on Jobsintennis.com.
- It is the sole responsibility of the member to insure that all email from Jobsintennis.com can be received by their email supplier. Many email suppliers, especially Hotmail and MSN make it very difficult to receive email including subscription confirmation and cancellation confirmation email. Your filter settings must allow you to receive this necessary information. It is the responsibility of the member to notify Jobsintennis.com if their email address has changed.
Membership Dues to Jobsintennis.com
The dues to gain access to Jobsintennis.com Member Database is a nominal $9.95 trial membership or $19.95 per month. Longer accounts of 6 months and 1 year are available for $79 and $99 respectively.
The week trial offer requires cancellation via email. If cancellation is not received via email by the end of your seventh day on the service, your account will be charged $19.95 per month. You account will automatically default to a "month-to-month" subscription. As long as both the trial membership and the month-to-month accounts remains open without cancellation, you will be charged $19.95 per month.
If you would like to continue as a member for longer than a month, your credit card will be charged 19.95 per month for each consecutive month thereafter. Your monthly billing cycle begins the day you register. For example, if you originally register on July 18, your credit card will automatically be charged $19.95 on the 18th of each month. Any portion of a day that a member is on the service counts as a full day. All correspondence is based on the central time zone.
To cancel your membership, simply fill out our Contact Us form and choose "Membership Cancellation" from the subject pulldown menu.
For your protection, we will not allow your month-to-month subscription to continue beyond 15 months. You are welcome to re-subscribe at that time.

All material on this site is provided in good faith. No warranty is made for the accuracy, availability, or content of information provided on the Web Site. Your use of this information is at your sole risk. You release Jobsintennis.com in the event of a dispute with any users, from any known or unknown claims, damages, and/or wrongdoing arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes. Jobsintennis.com is under no legal obligation to control the information provided by other users which is made available through the Web Site. Employer Partners are solely responsible for their postings on Jobsintennis.com. Jobsintennis.com does not guarantee that the web site will operate error-free, therefore if your use of this web site or the material results in damages, loss of time, or anything else relating to this issue Jobsintennis.com is NOT responsible for those costs.
LINKS AND THIRD PARTY CONTENT
Jobsintennis.com permits employer partners to utilize links within their job description in the event that their primary application method is through their corporate website or other approved websites. Any and all linked sites are not under the control of Jobsintennis.com, and Jobsintennis.com makes no representation or warranty regarding the content or products or services available from such linked sites. All links between Jobsintennis.com and employer partner websites are subject to the approval of Jobsintennis.com which shall not be unreasonably withheld. Any linked sites must clearly state the connection between the job listing and the website.
ACCEPTABLE CONDUCT
By accepting this Terms of Agreement, you agree not to post any threatening or defamatory content on Jobsintennis.com that invades privacy, is obscene, violent, discriminatory, pornographic, or violates any law or advocates illegal activity. Jobsintennis.com will fully co-operate with any law enforcement authorities or court order requesting or directing Jobsintennis.com to disclose the identity of user of the Web Site and you consent to such disclosure. You agree not to damage, disable, attack, deface, or attempt unauthorized access to Jobsintennis.com, the server, or a third party web site or server. You agree not to transmit or post submissions to Jobsintennis.com with information pertaining to fee-based services, surveys, contests, pyramid schemes, unsolicited e-mail, spamming or any duplicative or unsolicited messages (commercial or otherwise) or competing employment service. Any attempt to post on Jobsintennis.com for the purpose of recruiting information on Jobsintennis.com membership for any reason other than recruiting for specific job openings is strictly forbidden.
SUBMISSIONS
Any and all information you send, email or post to Jobsintennis.com including employment opportunities, job positions, information, photos, text, graphics, logos, questions, suggestions, messages, comments, logos, links, feedback, testimonials, articles or other materials shall be deemed, and shall remain, property of Jobsintennis.com. Jobsintennis.com shall not be liable for any use or disclosure of any Submissions. As a result of your submission, you grant Jobsintennis.com the unrestricted and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, communicate to the public, perform and display any submissions, in whole or in part, worldwide. As a result of your submission, you grant Jobsintennis.com the right to utilize the submissions in other works in any form for the full term of any copyrights, trademarks and other intellectual and proprietary rights that may exist in such submissions. You warrant that any third party holder of any Rights in such Submissions, has validly and irrevocably granted to you the right to grant the license stated above and has waived such third party's moral rights in such submissions. You acknowledge that Jobsintennis.com and marketing partners shall be entitled to unrestricted use of any and all the submissions for any purpose including but not limited to general marketing, web site promotion and resume recruitment without compensation to the provider of the submissions or any third party holder of any rights. Solely at the discretion of Jobsintennis.com, chosen employers will be able to utilize the website monitoring service provided by Jobsintennis.com in order to insure that all listings remain up-to-date. The monitoring service will regularly check the listings on the registered employers home page to confirm whether posted positions are still available. Through the use of the employer monitoring service, Jobsintennis.com will post chosen listings from the employer website. If an employer chooses not to participate in this service, they can opt-out by emailing Jobsintennis.com. The posting employer represents and warrants that any submissions to Jobsintennis.com are, to the best of your knowledge, accurate and not misleading, nor are such submissions posted for any improper purpose. Jobsintennis.com does not want to receive confidential or proprietary information from you through our Web site. Please note that any information or material sent or submitted will be deemed NOT to be confidential.
USE OF WEB SITE MATERIALS
Reproducing or copying of the software, information, and/or material on Jobsintennis.com to any other server or location for further reproduction or redistribution is expressly prohibited. Reselling or redistributing the software, information, and/or material on Jobsintennis.com for free or for a fee is expressly prohibited. Reselling or redistributing use of employer account to third parties is expressly prohibited.
REGISTRATION AND PASSWORDS
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your information and password. You shall be responsible for all uses of your registration, whether or not authorized by you. You agree to immediately notify Jobsintennis.com of any unauthorized use of your registration or password. You are responsible to notify Jobsintennis.com in the event of change in any and all contact information submitted upon creating the employer account including company name, address, phone number, fax number, email address, web site address and contact person.
INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless each of Jobsintennis.com, its owners, employees, marketing partners, directors and affiliated entities including all third parties mentioned, from and against any and all claims, actions or demands, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, alleging or resulting from your use of Jobsintennis.com, the Content or your breach of these Terms of Use.
JURISDICTION
Jobsintennis.com is controlled, operated and administered by Jobsintennis.com from its offices within the State of California. These Terms of Use shall be interpreted, construed and governed by the laws in force in the State of California. You agree that any action, suit or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms of Use shall be commenced in California. Each party hereby agrees to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of California and waives any objections based upon venue in any such action, suit or proceeding. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to these Terms of Use. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Jobsintennis.com may pursue enforcement of intellectual property rights and the protection of confidential information in such other jurisdictions as through injunctive or other equitable relief through the courts.
